How to Join Namirembe Parents School – Admissions Guide
We admit children all year round into Baby Class through P.7 provided places are available.
Entry is by a simple assessment that looks at readiness, not previous marks, so every child gets a fair chance.
Step 1: Pick an application form from the school office or download it free from cms.namirembeparents.co.ug.
Step 2: Return the completed form with two passport photos, a photocopy of the birth certificate and the most recent school report (if any).
Step 3: Book an appointment for assessment; these run every Wednesday and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.
Step 4: Receive offer letter within 48 hours.
Step 5: Pay the admission fee to secure the place and collect the uniform list and requirements sheet.
Day-school fees per term (three terms a year):
- Baby and Middle class: UGX 680 000
- Top class and P.1-P.2: UGX 720 000
- P.3-P.4: UGX 750 000
- P.5-P.7: UGX 780 000
Boarding supplement: UGX 580 000 per term.
The fee covers tuition, lunch, two break snacks, stationery, most co-curricular activities and end-of-term reports.
Transport is available on selected routes at an extra cost.
Bursaries: A limited number of partial bursaries are awarded each year to bright but financially needy pupils.
